CSA Non-shrinkage grouting materials,Non-shrink grouts,cement grouting
Polar Bear Non-Shrink grouting material is blended through a special procedure by specially selected cementitious material, carefully selected fine aggregate and admixture. It owns the characteristics of high flow, non-shrinkage, early strength and high strength. Functionally they are divided into two categories include four products: High strength -Ⅰ,-Ⅱ; Extra early strength-Ⅰ, -Ⅱ. -Ⅲ
Properties:
1. Double expansion in plastic and hardened state, compensate the dry shrinkage, ensure the fixed combination between steel-back plane and concrete base, efficiently transmit the load carrying into the base.
2. High early strength: this material is obtained by special cement as its basic material, it is suitable for urgent repair and accelerators construction under negative temperature environment.
3. High fluidity.
4. Easily used, only mixed with water on site, easily pumped.
5. Durability: High final strength, excellent impermeability and corrosion resistance, ensure accuracy of equipment setting.
6. Working environment: this material can be operated in a negative temperature environment with a rapidly increased strength.
7. Non-chloride: no harm for equipment or armature reinforcement

Remark:
HS: High strength
EES: Extra early strength
Uses:
1. Heavy equipment, High precision grinder.
2. Erection Engineering of Structural steel.
3. Grouting to column foundation, pile foundation and Rock foundation to fixation.
4. Anchoring of frame structure joint.
5. Repair to the honey-comb and holes of reinforced concrete structure.
6. Repair & Reinforcement to concrete structure.
Using methods:
Foundation treatment:
1. Scaling and cleaning will be applied to the concrete base
2. Solvent should be adopted to clear up the rust and oil on the bottom (the surface that will contact grout) of equipment
3. Molding board joint should be treated well to ensure grouting material won’t leak.
4. Before grouting ,keep the concrete bed wet without water.
Mixing
1. Pour required amount water into the barrel first, then add a bag of material stir for about 5 minutes.
2. When stirring, the stir vane should move up and down, left and right along the barrel side in order to make the materials adhered to the bottom and side involved in mixing operation. The stir vane is not allowed to be above the mixture to avoid the invasion of air.
3. If grout thickness more than 100mm, 5-10mm clean crushed stone should be added.
4. Ensure enough mixing ability for continuous operating.
Grouting:
1. Mixed grouting material should be used out before lost its fluidity.
2. Grouting should begin from one side intend to avoid release entrapped air.
3. Coordinating mixing ability with grouting speed well for continuous operating.
4. Grouting surface should be a little higher than designed peak. In case of not need this part, it can remove before hardening.
Curing:
Ahead of hardening, all the uncovered parts should be cured well according to the concrete curing demand.
Shelf life:
6 months for HS and 3months for EES.
